eFinancialCareers notes that Goldman Sachs has been accused of putting a female employee on a ‘mummy track’ after she returned from maternity leave - and in a followup article highlight one reader's comment to the effect that "women... who work part time are doing others who are committed to banking careers a terrible disservice...".

I was wondering if the MoneyScience users have any thoughts on the subject.
